BCN is the company who we trade our products from, and we may only share your information with BCN In order to deliver the right products to the right people and in the right quantity, in other words, for product-customer matching.
  • Businesses that facilitate the delivery of your orders to you, including carrier companies and payment service providers.
  • Professional service providers that assist us in operating our business include marketing firms, partners in advertising, and website hosts.

We retain your customer-ship information for as long as you are a Bocan customer and for as long as necessary to comply with international legal obligations. Even if you have requested that we erase your personal information, we may be legally obligated to retain certain information. We will retain data just as long as necessary to fulfil legal and regulatory obligations, adhere to our returns policy, settle disputes, stop fraud and abuse, and uphold our terms and conditions. Afterwards, your data will be permanently deleted.

On the other hand, with regards to marketing purposes; we will process your data no longer than necessary to provide you with marketing and promotions.
