How long do I have my current Rewards tier status for?

Your Rewards tier status lasts for 12 months, unless you move up to a higher tier.

If you spend enough to meet or exceed your current tier's threshold in the past year, your rewards will continue for another 12 months or you'll be upgraded to the next tier. You'll receive an email if you get upgraded.
